PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG URGENSI PENELITIAN DALAM BIDANG PENDIDIKAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA PADA KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami persepsi guru terkait urgensi penelitian di bidang pendidikan dan dampaknya pada kualitas pembelajaran. Penggunaan metode survey dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dipilih untuk menggali pemahaman guru terhadap urgensi penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan di provinsi Banten dan Lampung. Sebanyak 148 guru terpilih secara acak untuk mengisi kuesioner yang melibatkan enam poin pertanyaan. Data hasil survei dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam, dilakukan focus group discussion (FGD) dengan melibatkan enam pendidik berkualifikasi magister. Hasil survei mencerminkan bahwa mayoritas responden (72,2%) memahami konsep penelitian pendidikan, sementara 85% menunjukkan minat tinggi terhadap kegiatan penelitian. Walaupun demikian, tingkat keterlibatan dalam kegiatan penelitian menunjukkan variasi sebesar 56,7%. FGD mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan pengetahuan riset ilmiah, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap inovasi. Evaluasi dengan berbagai mode dianggap penting untuk mengukur efektivitas integrasi hasil penelitian dalam praktik pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis penelitian mendapatkan penerimaan positif di kalangan guru, namun tantangan praktis, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap inovasi, perlu diatasi guna meningkatkan keterlibatan dan efektivitas integrasi pengetahuan riset ilmiah dalam praktik pengajaran
